There's actually a real person "copying & pasting" the text provided in the order. So, there's still some small percentage of human error, which is super rare. If there's any fault from us, we will definitely own it up and send a replacement tag to you without further question. Just email us at contactus@sleektag.com with your order number. No issue about it.
Change of mind on text after placing order
If you would like to change the text provided, please inform us asap so we could make the changes before engraving works.
We Spot Obvious Error(s)
There are times we can spot obvious mistakes in the text provided. We will inform you to verify text for engraving. If we didn't manage to catch that, I am afraid it will be considered as an order. No return for such orders because it's personalised tag, it can be reused or re-sell.
Change of mind and cancel order
By any chance that you change your mind and decided to cancel the order, I am afraid we won't be able to provide full refund. Reason because all tags are personalised, once it's engraved it can't be reused. Nonetheless, we will refund 50% if we haven't ship your item out.
