The main reason for wearing a safety tag is to ensure someone you know is contactable in case of emergencies. 
The tag is fixed size. Hence, try to provide accurate and concise information to be engraved. If your name is long, you don't have to put in your fullname. As long someone can identify you using the name engraved on the tag will be sufficient.
