SleekTag is a small stainless steel tag worn on a bracelet, necklace or on a clothing bearing emergency information of the wearer. The tag can have information regarding medical condition that might require immediate attention. 

The intention of the tag is to alert paramedics, first responder, physician, emergency department of the condition even if the wearer is not conscious enough, old enough, or too injured to explain.

Who should wear a SleekTag Safety ID?

1. Anyone with special medical conditions (e.g. asthmatic, diabetic, dementia, austistic, deaf, pacemaker, etc).
